Payment options
Purchase on account (only for business customers)

You will receive an invoice from us via email and conveniently pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. When paying by invoice, we obtain information about your creditworthiness from a service provider to assess our credit risk. You can avoid a credit check by choosing a different payment method. If your creditworthiness is satisfactory, we will ship the goods immediately. You can conveniently pay the invoice within 14 days of receipt. We will confirm whether payment by invoice is possible or not within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Payment by credit card
Payments by credit card or Maestro are processed through our payment partners or PayPal according to current security standards. When paying by credit card, your account will be charged as soon as your order is shipped.

Simple and direct for all customers who have a PAYPAL account.

Prepayment (advance payment)

Please transfer the invoice amount (by bank transfer or payment slip) to our bank account, stating your order number. Our bank details can be found either on the invoice or in the order confirmation. Upon receipt of your transfer, you will receive a payment confirmation via email from our accounting department. The product will then be shipped according to the shipping information below. Payment in advance is due within 14 days.

Shipment

Items will be shipped via email or by post (DHL Parcel) if you order a physical product. Shipping via email is free.

Shipping method for different payment methods:

  • Paypal: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

  • Credit card: Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

  • Instant bank transfer: Orders received before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

  • Purchase on account: Orders received before 5:00 PM will be dispatched the same day.

  • Prepayment: Orders will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

Shipping costs within Germany are €4.99 via DHL. For shipments within the EU, shipping costs are €9.99. Delivery is via DHL.

Orders and deliveries are generally only possible within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary.

Delivery time (physical shipping):

  • Within Germany: 1 - 2 working days

  • Within Europe: 4 - 6 working days

In the event of a delivery delay, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an equivalent alternative or refund the purchase price.

Delivery times

The delivery period begins upon payment by

  • Prepayment on the day after the payment instruction to your bank

  • Purchase on account on the day after conclusion of the contract

  • Paypal immediately

  • Instant bank transfer immediately

  • Credit card immediately

The delivery period ends the following day, depending on the delivery status. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the deadline is postponed to the next business day.

We will notify you immediately of any delivery delays. You will receive an email or, if you have provided a phone number, a message with the current delivery status and a new delivery date.

Security through SSL encryption

Your orders and associated personal data, such as name, address, or credit card information, are protected by modern security systems. This data is transmitted using an encrypted and unreadable technology, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) from VeriSign, a security standard supported by all common Internet browsers. You can recognize the security status by the "s" at the end of the first part of the address ("https://" instead of "http://").
